While many Americans will be forgoing travel this holiday season, residents of the Lower East Side apartments for sale at One Manhattan Square can enjoy holiday festivities right from the comfort of their own home. The luxury tower will be hosting jazz band The Gallants and providing a hot chocolate bar—and an in-person Santa with gift bags for residents—in the building’s lobby on December 17. “This holiday season we thought it was important to still offer programming as much and as safely as we can,” explained Rebeca Park, lifestyle director of Extell Development Company, the building’s developer.
