Los Angeles-based designer Jamie Bush has returned to his East Coast roots, infusing one of the NYC condos for sale at One Manhattan Square with his laid-back style. The three-bedroom, 60th-story home offers a generous open-concept layout, including a state-of-the-art windowed kitchen with a breakfast bar, a spacious soaker tub in the master bath, and oversized windows with stunning views of New York Harbor. Throughout the space, Bush has interspersed neutral hues and bright pops of color—colorful glass Vela screens by Bernhardt & Vella in the living room and a geometric Casa Kids bunk bed with sunny yellow linens in a children’s bedroom, for example—giving the space an elegantly eclectic, vintage-inspired look. “In the end, we wanted to create a balanced design of bold, colorful organic forms rendered in luxurious materials such as mohair, silk and wool, exotic woods, stone and handblown glass,” says Bush of the space.
