One Manhattan Square is making it easier to become a Manhattan homeowner, thanks to the luxury tower’s rent-to-own program, which was first established in fall of 2019. the building’s Manhattan condominiums now offer a rent-to-own option, with renters asked to make a choice about purchasing their home six months into their lease. Christina Medina, One Manhattan Square’s director of sales, noting that the option can make home buying a “less intimidating” process for everyone involved.
