Designer Jamie Bush has imbued one of the Manhattan condos for sale at One Manhattan Square with a dose of vintage-chic style. Using a mix of vintage pieces—a 1950s walnut Vittoria Dassi bar, a 1972 Piero Palange and Werther Toffoloni Hoop chair, and a 1970s green Italian chaise lounge, to name a few—and modern accents, Bush has created a model home that effortlessly combines form and function. The residence, which occupies 2,347 square feet of the Extell-developed tower’s 60th story and offers sweeping waterfront views, is also home to numerous eclectic pops of color that brighten the space, from a colored glass Arflex Vela screen in the living room to a white Casa Kids bunk bed at the center of a child’s bedroom awash in yellow textiles and accents.
