These New York City Buildings Sold the Most Units in the First Half of 2019

Extell-developed One Manhattan Square has sold more residences than any other building in New York City in the first half of 2019. The 80-story Adamson Associates Architects-designed building, which is home to 100,000 square feet of amenities, including an indoor pool and infrared sauna, has found buyers for its Lower East Side apartments for sale. “This is a testament to the building’s incredible offerings, which include luxury finishes, incredible views, unprecedented amenities, and significant savings from the 20-year tax abatement,” says Raizy Haas, senior vice president of development at Extell.
