Construction on the Lower East Side apartments for sale at One Manhattan Square is now complete. The 800-foot-tall Adamson Associates-designed tower’s exterior is now clad in floor-to-ceiling glass panels accented by bronze spandrels on its north and south sides and flat glass panels that tilt outward on its east and west sides.
