Foodies living in the Lower East Side apartments for sale at One Manhattan Square don’t have to go far to get their fix of gourmet cuisine. Epicurean market Brooklyn Fare has just signed a 30-year lease on a 25,500-square-foot, two-story space on the lower floors of the Extell-developed tower. Anticipated to open in 2022, the gourmet market will be home to a deli and coffee bar and will sell everything from groceries to cooked meals to fresh sushi. “The addition of Brooklyn Fare to the neighborhood signifies the continued transformation of the Lower East Side Waterfront into a dynamic neighborhood. We are excited to bring one of New York’s most comprehensive grocery stores not just to our building but to the community,” says Alan Oppenheimer, Vice President of Development of Extell Development Company.
