Interior designer Anna Karlin has created unique vignettes in 10 model apartments she dreamed up at One Manhattan Square. Each of the Extell-developed Lower East Side condos that Karlin designed is based on a character archetype, from a stylish bachelor to a young professional woman with a flair for entertaining. “We made sure that we really went quite deep into the character development of who lives in each apartment. And then the design follows really easily from that,” says Karlin of her process.
