For residents of the Lower East Side condos for sale at One Manhattan Square, swimming is always on the menu, thanks to the building’s two pools. The waterfront tower, developed by Extell, is home to both a 75-foot-long saltwater lap pool and a wading pool for children, making it easy for residents of all ages to get their water fix. In fact, the adult pool even offers a reservation system, meaning avid exercisers can always ensure they have plenty of room to get in their laps, with Ari Goldstein, Extell’s SVP of development, dubbing the pools “huge draws” for potential residents.
