Two Teams Tapped to Sell One Manhattan Collection

Extell has hired top marketers from Douglas Elliman and Compass to help promote The Skyscape Collection at One Manhattan Square. The premium collection of Lower East Side condos is composed of mostly three-bedroom residences and includes five penthouses, each outfitted with a foyer, living and dining space, kitchens with city views, and master baths featuring heated floors and steam showers. Residents can also enjoy the building’s 100,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities, which run the gamut from a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor pool, and full basketball court to refrigerated storage and a pet spa. “We’re confident these homes will draw buyers looking for a prized residence within a building that is unlike anything else in the city,” said Christina Medina, the building’s director of sales.
